Carlos Díaz-Ritter was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina and received his BA from Queens College (CUNY) and MA from the University of Wisconsin. His background includes extensive experience in both the Hospitality and Real Estate industries. He pioneered the condo/hotel - apart/hotel concept in Argentina and established his company, CDR Administraciones y Propiedades as an industry leader. He also has been involved for many years buying, selling, and managing real estate.
During the last 5 years before returning to USA, Mr. Díaz-Ritter has run Bell International Travel Corporation, serving Latin America, Europe, the USA, and the Orient. Clients included industry executives and group packages. Since 2001 He has owned and managed a book, gift and music store located in the best section of plush Atlantic Ave. in Delray Beach. The shop, a cultural and spiritual cornerstone for the area, also inspires Mr. Díaz-Ritter integrity approach to the business world. Throughout the same period he has enriched his experience as an active sale associate with Lenson Commercial Investment Group Inc., and later as a Business Opportunity Specialist at Amerivest Business Group.
Mr. Díaz-Ritter is fluent in Spanish, English, and Portuguese, bringing over 30 years experience in the multicultural milieu. His personal contributions include being the Executive Director of the Rumbos Foundation, a non-profit organization devoted to development and wellness issues for the physically handicapped.
